LiveStakes is a data and information service. We publish algorithmically generated market signals — buy, sell, hold, and related indicators — sourced from proprietary trading models. We deliver these signals via API, dashboard, webhook, and messaging integrations.
LiveStakes is not a broker, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary. We do not manage money, execute trades, or hold customer funds.
The signals, data, metrics, and other information provided by LiveStakes are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
You acknowledge and agree that:
We are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you actually paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our signals without written consent. You may not circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer strategies, or use the Service in any unlawful manner.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time via the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial periods or for trading losses.
